About

Cerebrum is an AI-powered system built for the hotel industry. It helps hotels automate complex operations, manage teams and make faster decisions from real data — covering Sales, Guest Service, Housekeeping, Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources, Purchasing, Operations, Finance and Accounting in one centralised system.

Key features listed on the App Store: AI-powered decision support across departments; task and workflow automation for housekeeping assignments, maintenance requests and staff coordination; smart staff scheduling with in-app notifications; real-time dashboards for sales, revenue, productivity and expenses; and a roadmap towards marketing automation, PMS integration and AI-driven forecasting. The Cerebrum System app is available for iPhone on the App Store (iOS 15.1 or later). The product site, cerebrumsystem.com, lists eight modules: Sales & Revenue (pricing strategy and AI-driven forecasting), Guest Services, Housekeeping, Engineering & Maintenance (predictive maintenance), Human Resources, Purchasing & Operations, Finance & Accounting, and Smart Analytics. Terra built the mobile side of the system: task management for hotel employees and a mobile HR attendance system.
